ABOUT THE VIKING TRAINER

Christophe Adrien, AKA “The Viking Trainer” has had a lifelong passion for bodybuilding and fitness. He is a 15 year veteran in the fitness industry and has seen tremendous success both personally and professionally therein.

He earned the nickname “The Viking Trainer” when his personal training clients discovered that he is also a published author of historical fiction with narratives based in the Viking Age.

The Viking Trainer has worked with clients from all walks of life to improve their lives by empowering them with knowledge about fitness and nutrition. It is his mission to educate the world on best practices in fitness and to help people build enduring healthy lifestyles. It is also his mission to dispel many of the falsehoods promoted by the fitness and supplement industry.

Most recently, Christophe has joined Bend Personal Trainers, a team of local personal trainers dedicated to promoting health and wellness in their local community.

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

There are three main aspects to a healthy lifestyle: exercise, nutrition, and sleep. Each aspect claims its own piece of the overall (proverbial) pie. Without one, the other two will not work, and your overall health will decline. It is important to find the right balance for you and to manage these three core aspects of your lifestyle.

Through this website, I will endeavor to help guide you in your fitness journey. I want you to master your mind and your body, and to bring it all together to make you the best version of you.

Fitness is a continuous journey of learning, and so you must continually strive to better yourself. You need to keep climbing the hill, you need to stay hungry.
